Client Case Studies

Every founder on this page built something worth protecting. Here’s how i helped

Words tend to undersell the founders I work with, so I'll let the work speak instead. Below are a few businesses I've had the privilege of running alongside, the systems we built, the chaos we tamed, and the time we gave back.

WHAT WE DID:

TWIG had found their rhythm in the wedding florals industry, and their business had outgrown their admin systems long before anyone said so out loud.

I closed that gap, building Standard Operating Procedures covering everything from the first client inquiry to the final thank-you note, taking over an inbox that had become its own weather system, and moving client tracking onto a proper project management platform with a CRM to match.

From there, we added a regular Pinterest presence and built their blog from the ground up. Two website redesigns later and we’re thriving

How it worked:

Documenting TWIG's processes first meant we could build repeatable, step-by-step workflows, one system for client-facing work, another for what happens behind the scenes.

  • The new blog became a go-to resource during client consultations.

  • A more deliberate Pinterest strategy grew their audience and impressions by over 10,000% in five months.

  • With the operational load off her plate, the owner created a role dedicated to running events day-of, freeing her to focus on strategy instead of execution.

It's incredible to know the flexibility in support that I receive from you. From inbox management, to social media, to copywriting, to website design, to Pinterest management... I feel like I can give you just about anything and you're willing and able to take it on.

Featured Client Work: kate ann photography

WHAT WE DID:

Kate has one of my favorite qualities in a person: she refuses to coast. Ten years into her business journey, she's still chasing the better version of herself as an entrepreneur.

That drive is exactly why she needed consistent behind-the-scenes support.

We moved her client tracking onto a dedicated project management platform, brought order to an inbox holding over 100,000 emails, added SEO-minded copy to her blog, and built writing templates so she never has to second-guess how something sounds before it goes out.

HOW IT WORKED:

Kate had worked with assistants before, but they'd mostly followed her lead rather than looking for ways to improve her day-to-day. I came in instead as a business resource, writer, and project manager accountable for the whole picture, not just the task list.

  • We built an SEO-focused keyword strategy that increased her site traffic.

  • I reorganized her inbox from the ground up and got her to the coveted Inbox Zero.

  • We elevated her communications with customizable templates for everything from marketing to client emails, and I now serve as her proofreader and sounding board for anything client-facing.
